Bottom Sealing Bag Machine, Side Seal Plastic Bag Making Machine

The machine produces flat bags and T-shirt (vest) bags with side seals and bottom sealing options, suitable for general-purpose plastic bag production.

It is designed for common heat-sealable plastic films such as PE (LDPE/HDPE). For specialty films (e.g., BOPP, CPP or co-extrusions), please confirm compatibility with the supplier.

The rated speed is 40–120 pcs/min × 2, which indicates two-lane (two-line) capability—effectively doubling output when running both lanes.

Bag length is adjustable from 400 to 1200 mm. Film thickness range is 0.006–0.1 mm (6–100 µm).

The machine uses a mechanical drive type and operates on 220 V. For exact electrical power consumption and phase requirements, confirm with the supplier or check the machine's nameplate.

Overall machine dimensions are 2650 × 1200 × 1550 mm (L × W × H). Allow additional space for operator access, material unwind stands and finished-bag stacking/packing.

Yes — the machine is automatic for bag forming, sealing and cutting operations, designed for easy operation and high-speed production.

It means the machine can run two lanes or two film layers simultaneously on a single production line, effectively increasing throughput (as reflected by the ×2 speed rating).

Bag dimensions and sealing parameters are adjustable within the specified ranges. The machine color is listed as customizable. For other custom options, request specific configurations from the manufacturer.

Packaging type is listed as cartons, so finished bags are typically collected and packed into cartons. Final packing setup (carton loader, box erector) may be an optional add-on.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning the film path and sealing bars, checking and replacing worn sealing elements and blades, lubrication of mechanical parts per the manual, and periodic inspection of electrical and pneumatic components.

Many suppliers provide installation, commissioning and operator training (onsite or remote). Confirm scope and any additional costs with the seller before purchase.

The product is intended to meet industrial safety norms. Common safety items include emergency stop, protective guards around moving parts and interlocks. Ask the supplier for the machine's specific safety certifications and features.

Spare parts and after-sales service are supplied by the manufacturer or authorized dealers. Request a list of recommended spare parts and typical lead times when ordering.

Contact the supplier or manufacturer with your production requirements (bag type, film, speed, quantity). They will provide pricing, lead time, warranty details and can often arrange a sample run or video demonstration prior to purchase.
