Bags Paper Shopping Packaging Khaki Square Bottom Paper Bag Machine

It is a fully automatic production machine designed to make square-bottom paper shopping bags (including bags with paper handles). It's used by retailers, grocery stores, gift shops, event organizers and food-service businesses to produce high-quality paper bags efficiently.

Max production speed is up to 180 pcs/min. Standard voltage is 380V (three-phase). Machine dimensions are 11,000 x 4,400 x 1,800 mm (L×W×H) and the net weight is approx. 15,000 kg.

The machine forms bags from supplied paper stock; bag color depends on the paper you feed it. If you supply khaki paper, the machine will produce khaki bags. The machine itself does not apply color or printing unless a printing module or pre-printed paper is used.

Primarily square-bottom shopping bags with paper material and integrated paper handles. Bag dimensions are adjustable within a production range—exact minimum and maximum sizes depend on tooling and configuration. Contact the supplier with your target bag sizes for a precise capability chart.

Standard configuration focuses on bag forming and handle attachment. Printing is not included by default but can be achieved by using pre-printed paper or by integrating an inline printing/rotary die-cut module as an optional customization—confirm with the manufacturer.

Requires a stable reinforced floor capable of supporting ~15,000 kg, sufficient ceiling height for 1,800 mm machine height plus handling clearances, a 380V three-phase power supply, and appropriate material handling space for paper rolls and finished bags. Crane/forklift access is recommended for installation.

Routine maintenance includes cleaning, lubrication of moving parts, periodic inspection and replacement of wear items (belts, cutters, sensors).
