Application

This small commercial noodle machine uses special heat treatment of food grade high carbon steel to make dough rollers and dough blade, strong and durable and not easy to rust, other parts also adopt anti-corrosion treatment such as painting, machine gear transmission design is professional, gear meshing top leaves an adjustment gap, prolong the service life of the machine, so that the machine performance is durable.

Operation:

1. The machine should be placed on a dry, well-ventilated horizontal ground to ensure that the machine works smoothly and
reliably.
2. Check the power supply voltage before use; install the dough tray and noodle tray according to the position shown. (The trays is not installed on the machine for safety packaging and transportation).
3. Dough sheet press: Turn the machine, pour in the mixed flour (water to flour ratio 5:1~3:1). Adjust the roller gap (the dough sheet thickness) from thick to thin during the press, the thickness of the incoming dough sheet is 2~3 times the thickness of the outgoing. After repeated kneading and pressing, the dough sheet can improve the strength and taste, so it is recommended that users make full use of the kneading and pressing function of the machine. Before making noodles, the noodle sheet should be about 3mm thick, rolling it up by a rod and ready for use.
4. Making noodles: install noodle blade: there are two slots on the left and right side, put the noodle blade into the slot, fix the noodle blade with the fixed bracket and tighten the nut after the gear on the noodle knife bites with the big gear on the machine.
