Principle: Includes feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, main motor, and controlling system.
Shaper Machine
Function: Changes rollers to produce various chip shapes based on customer requirements.
Separation Drum
Function: Separates twisted and squeezed snacks (e.g., Kurkure).
Principle: Powered by a world-famous brand motor.
Continuous Fryer
Function: Fries snacks continuously with automatic operation.
Principle: Includes a dynamic oil filtering system that removes dregs, keeping oil fresh and preventing deterioration.
De-oil Machine
Function: Removes oil from the surface of snacks like Kurkure and Cheetos.
Principle: Uses de-oil and oil tanks for filtration to make the snacks healthier.
Flavoring Line
Function: Applies oils and flavors to snacks.
Principle: The device evenly sprays and coats the product surfaces with oil, malt sugar, liquid, and flour-based flavors for enhanced taste and appearance.
