Automatic Food Beverage Wine Juice Yogurt Ice Cream Milk Pasteurizer Plate Type Sterilization Sterilizer Machine

It is designed for liquid food and beverage products such as milk and dairy, yogurt and ice cream mixes, juices, wine and other beverages. Confirm suitability for highly viscous or particulate-containing fluids with the supplier.

Sterilization temperature is adjustable from 65°C to 135°C and sterilization time is adjustable from 4 to 40 minutes, allowing you to set parameters appropriate for different products and safety standards.

The listed capacity range is 500–50,000 L (model-dependent). Actual throughput depends on the selected model, operating parameters and product characteristics — confirm the intended flow rate or batch size with the supplier.

Heating is by steam heating (plate-type heat transfer). A stable steam source and proper steam pressure/quality are required for operation.

The unit specification shows 380 V / 50 Hz and rated power 16 kW. This implies three-phase 380 V electrical supply; have a qualified electrician confirm site wiring and breaker requirements before installation.

Plate-type refers to a plate heat exchanger arrangement that provides efficient, high-surface-area heat transfer for rapid heating and cooling in a continuous flow pasteurization process, which is well suited to liquid products.

The wetted parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is food-grade and corrosion resistant. For highly corrosive products or longer-term use you may inquire about higher-grade stainless options.

The unit features an automatic control system for easy operation and parameter adjustment. Many installations use a PLC with HMI for setting temperature, time and alarms — request the exact control hardware and software details from the manufacturer.

Regular cleaning-in-place (CIP) is recommended for hygienic operation, along with routine inspection of gaskets, valves, plates and heat-exchanger surfaces. Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule for preventive servicing and replace wear parts as needed.

The machine dimensions are listed as 1870 × 1250 × 1920 mm and weight as 500 kg. Note the provided package size and gross weight entries appear inconsistent in the spec sheet — confirm final shipping dimensions and weights with the supplier before transport.

You will need a level floor able to support the machine weight, access to steam and cooling water, process water and drainage, proper electrical supply (380 V/50 Hz), ventilation and space for service access. Engage qualified technicians for mechanical, steam and electrical hookups.

Typical safety features include over-temperature protection, alarms and emergency stop functions as part of the automatic control system. Ask the manufacturer for a full list of protective devices and compliance with local safety codes.

The specification does not list certifications. Request documentation from the supplier for certifications relevant to your market (for example CE, ISO, FDA-compliance statements, or local food safety approvals).

Spare parts such as gaskets, plates, valves and sensors are typically available; check with the manufacturer or distributor about lead times, warranty, and recommended spare parts to stock. Ask about service contracts and local technical support.

Select based on required throughput (L/h or batch size), product type and viscosity, desired temperature/time regimes, footprint constraints and integration with upstream/downstream equipment. Provide your production requirements to the supplier so they can recommend a specific model and configuration.
