Automatic Desk Top Gummy Bar Candy Chocolate Depositor Machine Manufacturing Gummy Candy Making Machine

The machine is multifunctional and can produce gummy bars, molded gummy candies, chocolate deposits, caramel and jelly/soft candies—suitable for personal use, retail, restaurants and small factories.

Dimensions 700×700×870 mm, weight 74 kg, hopper capacity 12 L, depositing weight 1–4.5 g, production rate 2–4 molds/min (approximately 60–100 kg/h depending on recipe and mold), maximum melting temperature 130°C, power input 110/220V AC 50–60Hz (customizable).

The machine is constructed from SSS304 (food‑grade 304 stainless steel) on contact surfaces and structural components where specified.

Depositing weight is adjustable from about 1 to 4.5 grams per deposit. Actual accuracy depends on product viscosity, temperature and nozzle/mold selection.

Standard power input options are 110/220V AC 50–60Hz; voltage can be customized (240V available). Power output/control runs at 24V DC with a maximum of 1500W. Confirm required voltage when ordering.

Rated production is roughly 60–100 kg/h or 2–4 molds per minute. Actual hourly output depends on mold size, deposit weight, product formulation and cycle settings.

Its compact tabletop design makes it suitable for small businesses, demo kitchens, restaurants and some home-based producers. It is also used in hotels and small food factories for higher-volume production.

Follow the user manual: switch off and unplug, remove hopper/nozzles and any detachable product-contact parts, wash with warm soapy water or food‑safe sanitiser, rinse thoroughly and dry. Do not immerse electrical components; wipe them with a damp cloth. Clean regularly after each production run to prevent residue buildup.

Core components (PLC, motor, pump) have a 1‑year warranty. Routine maintenance includes checking seals and hoses, lubricating moving parts per the manual, inspecting electrical connections and replacing wear parts as needed. Contact the supplier for spare parts and service options.

Yes. The depositor is designed for gummy, chocolate, caramel and similar confectionery; it provides heating up to 130°C for melting and precise depositing. Recipe viscosity and temperature control affect performance.

The machine uses adjustable nozzles and is compatible with many standard silicone and metal candy molds. For custom-shaped molds or special nozzle sizes, check compatibility with the supplier before ordering.

The unit features PLC control and is designed for easy operation. Most suppliers provide an operation manual and can offer basic training or remote instruction—confirm training availability at purchase.

Place the machine on a stable, level tabletop; avoid contact with hot surfaces (max 130°C); keep water away from electrical components; unplug before cleaning or maintenance; ensure operators are trained and follow local food safety and electrical regulations.

The machine is made from food‑grade stainless steel, but certifications (CE, ISO, HACCP documentation) are not listed here. Request specific certificates and QA documents from the supplier when ordering.

Lead time and shipping vary by supplier, customization and destination. Contact the seller or dealer for pricing, customization (voltage, molds), production lead time and shipping/delivery arrangements.
