Auto Portable Gas Cutting Machine Cutter CG1-B30

The CG1-B30 is designed primarily for cutting carbon steel and other ferrous metals using oxy-fuel cutting methods. It is not ideal for cutting non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and stainless steel — for those materials consider plasma or other specialized cutters.

The machine supports cutting thicknesses from 5 mm up to 100 mm.

Cutting speed is adjustable between 50 and 750 mm/min. Slower speeds are generally used for thicker material to ensure a complete cut and better quality; faster speeds are suitable for thinner material. Match speed with material thickness, gas settings, and desired cut quality.

The cutting precision value indicates an expected tolerance of around ±5 mm under normal operating conditions. Actual precision depends on setup, fixturing, guide/track use, and operator technique.

The unit requires a 220 V supply. Verify whether your site provides the correct voltage and whether the seller supplies single-phase or three-phase configuration details in the product documentation.

The machine weighs 22.5 kg and is described as lightweight and portable. It can typically be carried by one person, though using two people or a case is recommended for longer moves or uneven terrain.

The CG1-B30 is intended for oxy-fuel cutting and typically uses oxygen plus a fuel gas such as acetylene, propane or LPG. Confirm compatible gases and recommended pressures in the product manual or with the supplier before operation.

The product description does not list included accessories. Inclusion of torch, hoses, regulators, or guide rails can vary by seller or package. Check the seller's product listing or contact them directly to confirm what is included.

Auto portable gas cutters are typically optimized for straight and simple shaped cuts. Curved cuts may be possible with appropriate guides, fixturing, or manual control, but complex beveling may be limited. For precise beveling consider dedicated beveling equipment or confirm capabilities with the vendor.

Regular maintenance includes cleaning and inspecting rails/tracks, checking and replacing worn cutting tips/nozzles, lubricating moving parts as recommended, inspecting electrical connections and cables, and verifying regulator and hose integrity. Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule in the manual.

Use appropriate PPE (welding goggles/face shield, flame-resistant clothing, gloves), ensure good ventilation, use proper gas regulators and flashback arrestors, keep fire extinguishers nearby, secure the workpiece, and follow local safety regulations and the machine manual. Only trained personnel should operate oxy-fuel equipment.

Use correct gas type and pressures, select the optimal cutting speed for material thickness, ensure a clean straight edge or guide, maintain correct torch height and angle, and use properly sized and undamaged nozzles. Regular tip maintenance helps maintain consistent quality.

Machine dimensions are 470 x 240 x 240 mm (L x W x H). Single package size is 47 x 24 x 24 cm with a single gross weight of 22.5 kg.

Warranty and after-sales service terms are not specified in the provided description. Contact the seller or manufacturer to confirm warranty length, coverage, spare-parts availability and authorized service centers.
