The SorTek Eddy Current Separator is designed to recover non-ferrous metals efficiently. The system provides maximum adjustability with its Eccentric Pole System to enhance recovery rates. It is ideal for separating non-ferrous metals from other materials and is widely used in metal recycling processes. The Eddy Current Separator is designed to be maintenance-free, high-efficiency, and to maximize material recovery. A two-stage version is available for even higher separation efficiency, based on extensive research and design developments by the engineering team.

Material Distributor

The distributor position is adjustable according to metal type and size to assure the metal and the non-metallic material can be distributed efficiently. It's easy operated and maintained.

Greasing is automatic by computer programs. A greasing distributor plays important role to control the grease quantity on each point. 2L grease cup to avoid
