CWT series replaceable large pressure tank with capsule type The pressure expansion tank is a water storage vessel composed of a steel shell (carbon steel or stainless steel), EPDM or butyl rubber gasbag, which completely separates the water chamber and the gas chamber. When the system pressure is reduced, the pressure of pre-filled nitrogen will squeeze the water in the air bag into the system, slow down the system pressure reduction, play a stabilizing role, at the same time the motor stops running, energy saving and prolong the service life of the motor; When the system pressure rises to higher than the pressure of nitrogen in the gas chamber, the water in the system enters the air bag of the expansion tank. At this time, the air bag expands and absorbs the pressure, preventing the system pressure from rising sharply and stabilizing the system pressure. It can be widely used in water supply system, HVAC and thermoelectric fields. The application of greenhouse drip irrigation system has a broad prospect, which can stabilize the system pressure, prevent water hammer impact,reduce the pressure level of water supply system, reduce investment, prolong the service life of pump and pipeline system, save electricity and other effects. It provides a comprehensive and wide range of water equipment applications worldwide and is the replacement of the existing heavy domestic pressure tanks.
