220V High Pressure Rotary Spray Cleaning Machine for Manufacturing Plants Model: JT-T1200

The product is the 220V High Pressure Rotary Spray Cleaning Machine for Manufacturing Plants, Model: JT-T1200. It is designed for fast, effective cleaning of machinery, production areas, and parts in manufacturing facilities.

The machine is offered in 220V and 380V configurations and is driven by a 9 kW motor. Exact wiring, phase (single- or three-phase) and breaker requirements depend on the configured voltage—consult the factory electrical data sheet and a qualified electrician before installation.

The table size is 1200 x 700 mm and the unit weight is approximately 600 kg. Allow additional space for access, plumbing, and service.

The JT-T1200 uses a rotary high-pressure spray system with rotating nozzles to deliver concentrated water/detergent jets that remove dirt, grease and residues quickly. For specific pressure (bar/PSI) and flow rate numbers, refer to the technical datasheet or contact the supplier.

Typical applications include cleaning machinery and components, removing grease and oil from surfaces, production-area maintenance, and preparing surfaces for painting or coating. It is suitable for a wide range of manufacturing cleaning tasks.

Non-corrosive industrial detergents and degreasers formulated for high-pressure spray systems are generally recommended. Avoid highly acidic or chlorinated chemicals unless the manufacturer confirms compatibility. Always follow chemical manufacturer recommendations and local disposal regulations.

Regular maintenance includes inspecting and cleaning nozzles and filters, checking hoses and seals for wear, monitoring pump oil (if applicable), and verifying fasteners and drive components. Frequency depends on usage intensity—daily visual checks and scheduled weekly/monthly inspections are typical. Refer to the operator manual for the recommended maintenance schedule.

At roughly 600 kg, the machine is heavy and is typically installed as a stationary piece of equipment. If mobility is required, ask the manufacturer about optional caster kits or modular versions.

Follow standard industrial safety: use PPE (eye/face protection, gloves, protective clothing), lockout/tagout for maintenance, proper grounding, and ensure emergency stop accessibility. Confirm the machine’s built-in safety features (such as emergency stop, pressure relief, guards) with the supplier and follow the operator manual.

Plan for proper containment and wastewater treatment in accordance with local environmental regulations. Use oil/water separators, filtration, or designated waste capture systems as required by your facility. Consult local regulatory guidance and the machine supplier for recommended wastewater handling accessories.

Common spare parts include spray nozzles, seals and O-rings, filters, hoses, drive belts (if applicable), and pump consumables. Work with the supplier to establish a recommended spare-parts kit based on your usage.

Warranty terms and after-sales support vary by seller and region. Contact your vendor or manufacturer representative for warranty coverage, service agreements, and local support options.

Yes—many manufacturers offer optional fixtures, baskets, custom fixturing, nozzle arrangements, and accessory packages to accommodate specific parts or production needs. Discuss your application requirements with the supplier to determine available customization.

Request the full technical datasheet, CE/ISO certifications (if required), and the product info gallery from the manufacturer or authorized dealer. They can provide pressure and flow specifications, dimensional drawings, electrical schematics, certification documents, and photos.
