1. What is the working area and Z travel of the 1325 ATC CNC Wood Router?

The standard working area is 1300 x 2500 mm (commonly called 1325). Z-axis travel is available in 200 mm to 300 mm options. Working area can be customized on request.

2. What spindle options, speeds and power ratings are available?

The machine is offered with high-frequency air-cooled spindles in different power options (commonly 3 kW, 6 kW or 9 kW ATC spindles depending on configuration). Spindle speed is programmable up to 24,000 rpm (0–24,000 rpm). Confirm final spindle spec when ordering.

3. How many tools does the ATC magazine hold and how fast is the tool change?

The ATC magazine typically holds 10–12 tools and supports straight-line tool change. Tool change time is very fast—tools can be replaced in around 5 seconds.

4. Which materials can this CNC router process?

It is designed for panel and cabinet production and batch processing of solid wood, MDF, particle/composite board, hard plastics, artificial marble, acrylic and similar materials for cutting, slotting, milling and 3D profiling.

5. What drive and guide components are used for accuracy and durability?

The machine uses Taiwan Hiwin 25 mm linear rails, Germany TBI ball screw on the Z axis, and precision helical gear racks (Herion rack and pinion on X/Y). High-quality servo motors and precision components ensure good positioning and repeatability.

It ships with a Taiwan control system that accepts standard G-code. The controller supports multi-layer 3D jobs, cutting, engraving and milling, and offers multi-language support. Common CAM/CAD outputs that generate G-code are compatible.

Max rapid travel rate is listed up to 45,000 mm/min and the maximum working speed up to 30,000 mm/min. Typical cutting speeds depend on material and tooling (max cutting speed listed around 70 m/min).

The worktable is a multi-zoned vacuum table combined with T-slot/aluminum T-slot profiles for clamps. Zones can be closed via control valves to switch from full-sheet to small-part processing. T-slots accept M6 T-nuts for mechanical fixturing. Optional positioning cylinders are available.

9. What dust collection and air system is provided?

Standard configuration includes a 4 kW double-bag dust collector and a 7.5 kW air pump to support vacuum hold-down and spindle cooling/ATC functions. Proper shop dust extraction and extraction ducting are recommended for best performance.

High-performance 1.5 kW servo motors are used for axis drive, providing smooth motion, high torque and accurate positioning for high-speed processing.

11. What lubrication and maintenance features does the machine include?

The machine includes a centralized lubrication system to maintain the transmission components. Routine maintenance includes regular lubrication, cleaning dust from rails/racks, checking tool holders/collets and verifying vacuum and ATC operation.
