100 Ton Hydraulic Press Machine

The machine has a maximum pressing capacity of 100 tons (100,000 kgf) as specified.

Working pressure is 700 bar, stroke length is 200 mm, overall dimensions are 1500 x 800 x 2000 mm, weight is approximately 1500 kg, and it is available for 220V or 380V power supply.

Typical applications include metal forming and shaping, plastic molding and pressing, automotive parts assembly, woodworking and laminate pressing, and general manufacturing pressing tasks.

The press includes built-in safety features such as emergency stop, protective guarding provisions, and user-protection interlocks; specific safety components and layouts may vary, so confirm exact safety options with the supplier.

The machine is equipped with an easy-to-use control panel for basic start/stop, pressure setting, and stroke control. Advanced control options (PLC, timers, or programmable cycles) may be available as factory options—ask your vendor for details.

Use a high-quality hydraulic oil recommended by the manufacturer; commonly used viscosities are ISO VG32–VG46 depending on ambient temperature. Change intervals typically range from 1,000–2,000 operating hours or annually; follow the machine manual for the exact oil grade and schedule.

Regular maintenance includes daily visual checks for leaks, weekly inspection of hoses and fittings, periodic oil level and filter checks, cleaning of the machine and control panel, and scheduled hydraulic oil and filter changes per the manual.

Cycle time depends on tooling, load and system settings. There is no single listed cycle time—typical industrial hydraulic presses have cycle times from a few seconds to 30+ seconds per cycle. Consult your supplier with your application details to estimate cycle time.

Yes. Common options include different platen sizes, tooling sets, pressure gauges, foot switch, two-speed approach, programmable controls, heated platens and custom safety guarding. Work with the supplier to specify desired options.

Ensure a solid, level foundation capable of supporting the 1500 kg machine plus tooling and workpieces. Provide appropriate electrical supply (220V or 380V), adequate ventilation, and clearance for maintenance around the stated dimensions (1500 x 800 x 2000 mm).

Operator training is strongly recommended. Many suppliers offer initial training on safe operation, control panel use, maintenance tasks and troubleshooting—check with your vendor for training packages.

Warranty terms and spare parts support vary by manufacturer/supplier. Typical offerings include limited warranties on manufacture defects and availability of spare parts and service contracts—confirm exact terms before purchase.

Certifications vary by manufacturer and market. The press can be supplied to meet relevant local safety and CE or other regional requirements—ask the supplier for certificates of conformity and test reports if needed.

The machine weighs approximately 1500 kg and will typically ship on a pallet or skid. Proper lifting equipment (forklift or crane) rated for the weight and appropriate lifting points should be used. Supplier will provide packing and lifting instructions.

Select tooling rated for 100-ton capacity and compatible with the press stroke (200 mm) and platen dimensions. Consider workpiece size, required pressure distribution and tooling material. Your tooling supplier or the press manufacturer can help with compatibility and design recommendations.
