The LEADSFON DJI 3.2 is a double jersey circular knitting machine built for high-productivity textile manufacturing. It is designed to produce flatter fabric with 3.2 feeds per inch and supports a broad working range across multiple diameters and gauges.
This machine uses a three-shafts transmission system to improve transmission reliability, durability and machine stability at high speed. Its single adjusting key per feeder simplifies setup, while the yarn guide ring can be adjusted as a whole and each yarn guide can also be adjusted separately.
Additional design features include a unique large structure for secure gear engagement, an anti-slip yarn-feeding aluminium disc setting to help avoid parallel lines, and an independent patented take-down system. With up to four needle tracks in the cylinder cam and different frame types available for varying production requirements, it is suited to apparel and textile manufacturers seeking efficient double jersey fabric production.
