1. Unwinding: single-shaft surface friction unwinding unit, using round conveyor belt to drive the master roll to rotate; unwindingby 3" air shaft, steel convex key type, static weight bearing is over 650kg
producing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes.
2. The cutter is fixed on the dovetail plate of the rotating shaft, which can be quickly disassembled and installed. The two friction rollers are driven by two independent motors, and the speed difference can be set online to facilitate the adjustment ofwinding tightness;
3. Machine speed is driven by frequency motor, with floating roll tension feedback and PLC to achieve synchronous transmission.Whole machine is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC, with 10.4 inch color screen human-machine interface control.
