Semi - wet material crusher is a crushing equipment for crushing high humidity and multi - fiber material. Semi-wet material crusher uses high-speed rotating blade to crush fiber with good particle size and high energy. Semi-wet mill is a professional crushing equipment of high humidity and multi-fiber material.This machine is a new single-rotor reversible crusher,using high-speed rotating blade,crushing fiber particle size is good.It has strong adaptability to the moisture content of materials,especially for the fermented waste or other materials with high moisture content,power size can reach 20-50 mesh,can meet the requirements of general fertilizer granulation equipment.The rotor has novel structure,reasonable design,simple operation and smooth operation.It is widely used in bio-organic fermentation composting,urban straw waste,industrial organic waste,livestock and poultry excrement and other bio-fermentation and comminution process equipment of high humidity material.The moisture allowance value of biological fermentation organic fertilizer material can reach 25-50%,ang the crushing particle size can meet the requirements of granulation.

APPLICATION

1. Semi-wet material crusher uses two-stage rotor up and down two stage grinding, the material through the superior rotor grinder into fine particles, and then transported to the lower rotor to continue grinding into fine powder to achieve the desired effect of material powder, hammer powder, and finally discharge directly out of the mouth.
2. The semi-wet material crusher does not design the screen bottom, more than 100 kinds of materials can be crushed, will not cause the screen blockage. Even the material just pulled out of the water can be crushed, will not be blocked by wet material crushing, causing motor burn out, affecting production.
3. Semi-wet material crusher adopts high alloy wear-resistant hammer head, hammer made of forging, stronger and wear-resistant than ordinary hammer head, increasing the service life of the hammer.
4. Semi-wet material crusher adopts two-way gap adjustment technology. If the hammer is worn, it does not need to be repaired, and the position of the hammer can continue to be used. Adjusting the gap between the hammer and the lining plate can control the material size.
