Working Principle

Tianfeng ZL series spiral vibrating vertical elevator is composed of lifting groove, vibration motor, vibration damping system and base. This series elevator adopts vibration motor as the vibration source. The two motors with the same model fixed on the lifting groove will be installed according to the center line cross angle, and they will simultaneously rotate toward to the opposite direction. When the two motors are rotate, the eccentric blocks connected with the motors will generate centrifugal force. The divided force generated from centrifugal force will make reciprocating motion along with the throwing direction, and make the whole machine body supported by the damper vibrate continuously. The vibration of the machine body makes the materials in lifting groove thrown and upward. After the materials drop in the trough, the materials start to be thrown up. At that time, the materials can contact with air enough, and it can also plays the role of heat dissipation and cooling. At present, Tianfeng ZL series spiral vibrating vertical elevator can be used for vertically conveying powder, block materials, solid materials with short fiber(except viscous materials and clumpy materials), and it can complete the drying and the cooling of the materials.
