Working Principles of Vertical shaft hammer crusher:
1. The main method of crushing materials is through the action of impact. The crushing process is roughly as follows: when the material enters the crusher, it is subjected to the impact of a high-speed rotating hammer head and is crushed.
2. The crushed material obtains kinetic energy from the hammer head and rushes towards the baffle and screen strip inside the frame at high speed. At the same time, the material collides with each other and is broken multiple times.
3. Materials smaller than the gap between the screen strips are discharged from the gap, and some larger materials are further impacted and ground by the hammer head on the screen strip, Squeezing and crushing, the material is squeezed out of the gap by the hammer, thus obtaining the required particle size of the product.
