The vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator is a highly efficient device that uses the combined forces of magnetism, a pulsating slurry and gravity to beneficiate many weakly magnetic materials such as, hematite, martite, limonite, vanadium- bearing titan magnetite, manganese and limonite to name just a few. It can also be used as a critical component in the purification of nonmetal materials such as kaolin, quartz, feldspar, nepheline, ceramic and the like. The size range of feeding material can be from - 5 microns minimum to 6 mm maximum.
