Capacity ranges from 5L to 5000L. Models are available across that range and larger or intermediate capacities can be customized to your production needs.
The machine is constructed from stainless steel 304 or 316L (selectable). Internal wetted parts use hygienic finishes suitable for cosmetic manufacturing.
The vacuum system removes air and gases during mixing to prevent oxidation, reduce bubbles, improve texture and stability, and enhance product appearance—particularly important for creams, lotions and high-quality emulsions.
It uses a high-shear homogenizer (rotor–stator type) designed for efficient emulsification and particle size reduction. Exact droplet size and shear depend on model and speed; sample testing is recommended for target specifications.
Heating is available via electric and steam jacket options. Temperature is monitored and controlled through sensors and the PLC for reliable heating profiles.
Standard motors are from German brands such as SIEMENS. The machine uses a hydraulic drive for smooth lifting/tilting operations. The specified work pressure is 0.09 MPa (hydraulic system).
A PLC-based control system with touchscreen is provided. Typical functions include recipe management, speed control, temperature control, vacuum/time settings, and status alarms. Specific I/O and HMI layout can be customized.
Yes—units are designed with hygienic construction, manholes, ports and smooth internal finishes to facilitate cleaning. CIP (clean-in-place) systems and spray balls can be supplied or integrated based on requirements.
Yes. The design and high-shear homogenizer allow processing of low- to high-viscosity products including creams, lotions and pastes. For very high viscosities, please provide samples for a validation trial.
Routine maintenance includes inspection/lubrication of bearings, seals, rotor/stator inspection, checking hydraulic components and electrical connections. Core spare parts (pump, bearings, motor, PLC components) are available—contact sales for spare parts packages.
Yes. Machines come with a machinery test report and video inspection. Additional documentation (IQ/OQ, FAT reports) can be provided on request.
Certifications can be supplied depending on the buyer's requirements and the chosen configuration. Contact the supplier to confirm available certification packages (CE, ISO, GMP-related documentation, etc.).
Yes. Options include customized capacity, material grade (304/316L), jacket and heating type, homogenizer specification, vacuum pump type, insulation, electrical specifications, and additional automation features.
Lead time varies by capacity and customization—please request a formal quote for current production timelines. The supplier typically provides installation, commissioning, operator training and after-sales technical support; warranty and terms are provided in the sales contract.
