Main features:
l Automatic core loading and replacing. The logs are automatically pushed out after finishing winding, and then start winding again. The cores can be adjusted to any size of cores within one minute.

l Three backstands, pneumatic jumbo roll loading, and pneumatically wide belt paper unwinding driving, and individual web tension control unit for each jumbo roll.
l Point to point embossing unit: the paper are embossed on both sides and feel softer. It make embossing more clearer and better. The finished rolls compared to the same diameter rolls with less paper.
l The web can be threaded on the machine by the two jog buttons. It’s more safety and easier to feed the web.
