l Coreless rewinding system has changed the traditional method to take out the core to make with quality solid coreless roller. Reducing the manpower.
l With high precision screwy perforation knife. With 4 perforation blades to make clear perforating. The perforating pitch controlled by gear box.
l Three backstands, pneumatic jumbo roll loading, and pneumatically wide belt paper unwinding driving, and individual web tension control unit for each jumbo roll.
l Point to point embossing unit: the paper are embossed on both sides and feel softer. It make embossing more clearer and better. The finished rolls compared to the same diameter rolls with less paper.
l The web can be threaded on the machine by the two jog buttons. It’s more safety and easier to feed the web.
