PE Jaw Crusher
• Productive PE series primary jaw crushing machine is a crushing machine that is researched and developed very early.
• It has long been widely used for the coarse, medium and fine crushing of various kinds of ores and rocks whose compression strength is 147~245MPa in many industrial departments such as metallurgy, chemistry, building material, power plant and transportation.
• In recent years, to satisfy the requirement of crushing micro-carbon ferro chrome with high strength and high hardness in the industrial departments of metallurgy, mine and building, our company has specially researched and manufactured powerful jaw crusher.
General Structure
• Productive PE series primary jaw crushing machine is mainly composed of fixed body, rotating body, safety device and adjusting device.
• Hongxing jaw crusher has two forms: long wedge type and plunger gasket type with convenient and flexible adjustment, can achieve stepless adjustment.

Heat Treatment Furnace
The jaw crusher shell passes
through the heat treatment
furnace, adopts the
quenching process to eliminate
stress and avoid cracking
problems caused by different
hardnesses between various
parts after welding, thereby
improving the quality and service
life of the equipment.
