Working Principle & Product Structure
It is mainly composed of a machine body, a crushing plate, an upper rotor, a lower rotor, a pendulum, and a rotary drive device.
Driven by dual motors, two sets of rotors connected in series rotate at high speed at the same time. After the material is crushed by the superior rotor in the inner chamber of the machine, it is immediately finely crushed by the hammer head of the rapidly rotating lower rotor. The materials in the inner chamber collide rapidly with each other, crushing each other, achieving the effect of hammer powder and material powder. After repeated cycles, the finished material with qualified particle size is discharged through the grate controlled discharge port.
