Product Description
Fermentation tanks (seed tanks, crystallization tanks) are widely used in pharmaceutical, fine chemical, biological engineering and other industries. The tank body is equipped with interlayers and insulation layers (which can be heated, cooled, and insulated). The tank body and the upper and lower heads (or cones) are processed by spinning R angle, the inner wall diameter of the tank is mirror polished, the finish Ra ≤ 0.4um, no sanitary dead angle, the fully enclosed design ensures that the material is always in a pollution-free state Mixing, fermentation, equipment equipped with air respirators, cleaning balls, sanitary manholes, sight glasses, lights and other devices.
The fermentation process of pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, and biological products is a sterile and non-polluting process. The aseptic system is adopted in the fermentation tank to avoid and reduce the pollution of microorganisms in the air, which greatly extends the shelf life of your products and the purity of our products. The tank is specially designed with a sterile breathing vent or a sterile positive pressure fermentation system. Heating or cooling medium can be introduced to circulate heating and cooling. The parts that are in contact with the materials are all made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L. The insulation is made of polyurethane foam, and the outer surface is matte and matte. It meets GMP standards. The capacity can be varied from 100-20000L.
