A multi-purpose agricultural implement that combines ridging (forming raised beds), ploughing, film mulching and fertilizer application, with optional drip-irrigation tape laying to prepare and protect crop rows in one pass.
It can form ridges, apply fertilizer into the furrow, lay plastic mulch film, and install drip irrigation tape (optional). It can also be used for light ploughing and soil shaping.
Commonly used for potato, onion and peanut, and it can be adapted for other row crops that require ridging and mulching.
Yes. Standard ridge widths with mulching are configurable from 15 cm up to 120 cm, and we can design other widths or profiles per customer requirements.
The unit is fitted with a fertilizer delivery system that places fertilizer into the furrow or on the ridge as required. Application rate and placement are adjustable; specify the type of fertilizer so we can configure the system appropriately.
A film roll holder and tensioning/pressing assemblies feed plastic film over the formed ridge. Press wheels and soil pressers bury the film edges to secure it. The system can be supplied to accommodate common film widths and roll sizes.
Yes — a drip-tape laying attachment is available as an option so drip lines can be laid under the mulch simultaneously with ridge formation and mulching.
The implement is typically mounted on a standard tractor three-point hitch. Specific hitch category and attachment details will be confirmed based on your tractor model and the chosen configuration.
Required tractor power depends on the chosen configuration, working width, soil conditions and additional options. Provide your intended model, working width and field conditions and we will recommend the appropriate tractor power range.
The machine is constructed from heavy-duty steel with wear-resistant components on coulters and blades. Finishes and critical wear parts are hardened or replaceable to ensure durability in field conditions.
Yes. Depth, ridge profile and press settings are adjustable to suit a variety of soil types and moisture conditions. Configurations and settings can be tuned in the field for best performance.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning debris, checking and tightening fasteners, greasing lubrication points, inspecting and replacing worn blades or coulters, and checking film and tape feeders. A maintenance schedule and parts list are provided with the machine.
Yes — we provide after-sales support and supply spare parts. Warranty terms and spare-parts availability vary by order and region, so please contact us for specific terms and lead times.
Contact sales with the intended crops, desired ridge width and profile, tractor model, and which options you need (fertilizer metering, drip tape laying, film width, etc.). We will provide a quotation and can design to your specifications.
We provide user manuals and setup guides, and can arrange remote support, video guidance or on-site commissioning/training depending on location and order size. Ask your sales contact about available support options.
