Using mechanical transmission mode, the steel mold is sent into the forming machine head after the automatic fuel injection system. The mixed concrete is preformed on the steel mold. After cutting into a single piece of cement tile, it is chipped, colored, polished, and mounted on the rack. , Curing (10-12 hours), demolding, and completing the production process. Replace different extrusion heads and molds to produce different roof tiles.
The HF -30/20/12/8/5 is a automatic cement roof tiles forming machine .It is high forming speed ,can make different shape tiles according to different molds.The tiles has been painting ,colorful and strong anti-seepage water,strong anti-knock. Cement and yellow sand are the raw material of the tile.
