PROJECT BACKGROUND For most large e-scrap recyclers, the most common solution of precious metal recovery is selling e-scrap materials to one of the few large smelters in the world, and the smelters apply pyrometallurgical method (burning everything in furnace) to process these e-scraps and give the recyclers credits after many discounts and management fee charges. These recyclers only get a small fraction of the precious metal values in the e-scraps they sold to these large monopoly smelters.
Understood these facts and the desires of recovery Au/Ag/Pd by themselves of these small-medium sized e-scrap recyclers, RECYCLE has developed an hydrometallurgical ( Au, Ag, Pd, Pt, In, Ir...) from e-scraps in a very simple and effective approach. Users with simple training can do the job without professional.
The simplicity of stripping process and high precious metal recovery rate make our products fit users with different skills and capacities from hobbyists to small scale e-scrap recycling operators to large scale recycling enterprises.
Application
Our Gold Deplating System was specially designed to strip gold from gold-plated materials that come from those obsolete and junked electronic products, which is currently the best gold extraction method. By using this system, the recovery rate of gold is up to99%, and you can get high-purity gold after further refining.
Our Gold Deplating System applies to various gold-plated scraps generated in our daily life, such as waste cellphone circuit boards, computer CPUs, motherboards, VCDs, DVDs, TVs, game consoles, fax machines, telephone sets and many other old domestic appliances, as well as those leftovers and off-cuts from the electroplating factory, electronic components manufacturing factory,printing house.
Gold - plated or silver-plated materials, through our reagents and equipment, can recede surface precious metals in seconds to minutes, depending on the thickness of the surface precious metals.
Gold Stripping Process
1. Dispensing the gold stripping solution.
2. Put the surface plated materials into liquid, then the surface gold dissolved in the gold stripping solutions, no other metal like lead, nickel, iron, or any other metal be dissolved in the solution.( our patent product)
3. Filtering to remove the impurity.
4. Reduction: Add the reduction powder to the solutions, the gold will be extracted and turn into black powder, Get the black powder settle down, then finally we get the crude gold powder.
