Product Description:

The SCM Ultrafine Mill Type 2A Grinding Mill is specifically designed for producing fine and superfine powders from non-inflammable, non-explosive, and brittle materials. It is capable of grinding various materials with a Moh's hardness of under six, such as calcite, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, talc, barite, and many others. This machine is ideal for industries requiring very fine powders for applications like coatings, plastics, and other additive products.

High Capacity and Efficiency:

  • Output ranges from 400 kg/h to 12,000 kg/h, depending on the model and application.
  • Energy consumption is 30% lower compared to jet mills, mixing grinders, and ball mills for the same final size.

Durable and Long-lasting Parts:

  • The ring and roller are forged from special materials, offering 2-3 times longer lifecycle compared to impact mills or turbo mills.
  • Designed with no rolling bearings or screws in the grinding cavity to avoid wear issues.

Adjustable Fineness:

  • Final product fineness can be adjusted between 325 mesh to 2500 mesh, and can even reach D97 ≤ 5μm.

Low Dust Pollution:

Working Principle:

  1. Feeding: Raw material is crushed to the specified size and fed into the mill via a hopper.
  2. Grinding: The material enters the grinding cavity, where the grinding roller and ring work in conjunction to break down the material into fine powder.
  3. Separation: After grinding, the material is carried by air from the blower to the classifier for separation. The fine particles are collected, while larger particles are returned for further grinding.
  4. Cyclone Separation: The airflow system is sealed and circulates under negative and positive pressure, and the ground material is separated by a cyclone-collector.
