Working Principle:
- Feeding: Raw material is crushed to the specified size and fed into the mill via a hopper.
- Grinding: The material enters the grinding cavity, where the grinding roller and ring work in conjunction to break down the material into fine powder.
- Separation: After grinding, the material is carried by air from the blower to the classifier for separation. The fine particles are collected, while larger particles are returned for further grinding.
- Cyclone Separation: The airflow system is sealed and circulates under negative and positive pressure, and the ground material is separated by a cyclone-collector.
