How to chose a right sanding machine tips
1 If you do very big thickness sanding work, then cutter block can be considered it can give max 3mm thickness planing work
2 If you want to do normal thickness calibration work then first sanding frame use metal roller to give max 0.5mm thickness
calibration work, second frame rubber roller can give 0.2-0.3mm calibration work, 3rd frame use roller and sanding pad combination
can give a very good polishing work like 240# 
3 If only do calibration work like prepar for painting or lamination preparment work, then use all roller rather than sanding pad
to make sure there is no tears on the corners
4 If do very thin material sanding, then chose vacuum table model to make sure the material is not wrap or fold when do sanding.
