How to Use the Rock Drill for the First Time:

  • Upon arrival, the tool is coated with heavy oil to prevent corrosion during shipping.
  • After unpacking and installing, pour a small amount of lubrication oil into the air connection.
  • Operate the tool on partial throttle to clean the interior of the tool.
  • Follow by adding a generous amount of air tool oil.
  • The tool and pusher leg are lubricated using oil mixed with compressed air, delivered to the required parts by a lubricator connected to the air line.
