Product Description ：
Rectangular tank plastic chain scraper nylon chain scraper sand mud non-metallic chain scraper can be installed in the sludge hopper for transferring the sludge to the removal system.
The rectangular scraper is designed to remove grease and oil and other floating solids from the surface of the wastewater and settlement tanks. Also settled down solids are removed.

The sludge removal efficiency of the chain scraper is significantly higher than that of the bridge scraper, and the power consumption and maintenance workload are much lower than that of the bridge system. In its structure, the scraper plate, scraper chain and wheel train are all made of non-metallic materials, which are not only easy to install, but also have a long service life.

It has strong mud scraping ability and slow moving speed, which can ensure that no vortex is generated in the mud-water separation zone, which is conducive to the sedimentation of sediment.
