PUR Glue Profile Wrapping Machine

Mainly used for coating on the surface of 1-80mm thickness PVC boards, wood-plastic wallboard base materials, aluminum boards, density boards, aluminum honeycomb panels, solid wood multi-layer boards, etc. (PVC, brand, leather, fabric, paint paper, etc. ) Main components of the machine: The entire fuselage is made of 6mm thick steel plates that are bent and welded. The transmission base part is processed by large-scale gantry milling. The surface is smooth and precise, and the surface of the fuselage is treated with domestic environmentally friendly sandblasting technology.

 

 

 

 

The transmission part adopts 1.5KW motor and turbine worm drive, which ensures smooth operation, no noise and no vibration.

The control system adopts full touch screen operation, with Chinese and English interfaces, which is safe, convenient, simple and practical. The heating part uses infrared heating lamps, which have the advantages of high temperature, long life and good effect.
