The new DP-RS 12 paper cup forming machine is a fully automatic paper cup forming equipment. It adopts multi-row automatic paper feeding, paper anti-return device (to ensure accurate positioning), ultrasonic welding or electric heating welding, oil injection, mechanical hand paper tube transfer, upper cup tube, and punching. The continuous processes of bottoming, bottom folding, preheating, knurling, curling, and cup closing can stably produce paper cups of various specifications. It is a new-shaped paper cup forming equipment independently researched and developed by our company after a comprehensive technical improvement.

  2. Single Turntable Plate

It is formed by one turntable for paper cup forming, which reduces the stroke of the main functional machanism and rationally distributes the various functional assemblies.


 


 


 

3. Oil Lubricate System

 

Full-automatic lubricating system is applied, thus leading to a long lifespan, with less human maintenance.

   4. Photoelectric

● WORKING PROCEDURE EXPLANATION

 

To produce the cups, a special coated paper with one-side or double side PE lamination is used. Pre-cut paper is feeding

automatically to a cone mould, and then the two edges are welded by normal heater or ultrasonic without any glue. And at the same time, the bottom paper roll is die cut and fed to the cup. Then, the cup bottom is preheated and folded with the bottom paper to heating, knurling, curling and final step the paper cup is finished and delivered.
