Working Principle

Materials enter the vertical shaft crusher through the feed hopper, falling onto a high-speed distributor. They collide with the inner lining, breaking apart, and some materials contact the break hammer directly. As the materials are further impacted and shaped, they create a vortex in the breaking cavity, continuously colliding and refining until they meet the desired grain size. The finished materials are discharged through the lower port.
