Operational Information:

Preparations Before Use:

  1. Fuel: Add 93# unleaded gasoline (for gasoline-powered models) and lubricating oil according to the dipstick scale.
  2. Lubrication: Add lubricating oil to the column and ensure the feed and rotation mechanisms work smoothly.
  3. Water Source: Prepare an adequate water supply.
  4. Inspection: Check all screws and parts for looseness.

Installation and Setup:

  • Align the drill bit with the hole and raise the three walking wheels, allowing the base to rest on the ground.
  • For small holes or low concrete strength, secure the drilling rig using weight (such as iron or concrete blocks) or expansion bolts.

Drilling Process:

  1. Initial Setup: Start the gasoline engine, connect the water inlet pipe to a bucket, and use the air pump to fill the pump with water.
  2. Drilling Tips: Always ensure water is supplied before drilling to prevent overheating of the drill bit. Feed water slowly and apply light pressure initially.
  3. Normal Drilling: As the hole deepens, increase the feeding pressure moderately and uniformly. Ensure the drill bit operates smoothly.
  4. End of Hole: Upon reaching the desired depth, stop the machine and turn off the water. If drilling deep holes, allow some water to flush out rock powder to prevent blockage.
