Installed power: KLD65 = 76 kW, KLD70 = 95 kW, KLD85 = 178 kW, KLD95 = 280 kW. Dimensions: KLD65 = 1600×1800×2000 mm, KLD70 = 1800×2000×2200 mm, KLD85 = 2500×2600×3000 mm, KLD95 = 3000×3200×3500 mm.

4. Which raw materials can be used?

Common ingredients include corn flour, wheat flour, soybean meal, fish meal, meat meal, and other plant or animal protein sources, plus vitamins, minerals and binders. Formulations can be adjusted per product requirements.

5. How do I get floating vs sinking fish feed?

Floating versus sinking characteristics are controlled by formulation (fat content, starch type), extrusion parameters (moisture, temperature, screw speed) and die design. We can advise formulation adjustments to achieve the desired buoyancy.

Standard options in China are three-phase 380V/50Hz or single-phase 220V/50Hz. Custom voltage/frequency configurations can be provided to meet your local electrical standards—please specify when ordering.
