Aseptic Juice Rinsing/filling/capping Monoblock

Compact structured, good-looking, easy to operate and highly automated.
Bottles are conveyed with neck blocked. Bottles can be changed through some replacement of guiding sheets, starwheels of nylon instead of height adjustment of machine.
Rinser-clamp of special design is strong and endurable, without contact with worms at bottle-mouth, to prevent bi-pollution.
Highly effective spraying nozzles equipped on the rinser-clamp can rinse every side of inner bottle and save water.
Parts with contact with material are all made of stainless steel of food-grade, no dead angles and easy to clean up.
Feed-in volume is controlled to ensure accurate filling.

1. Disinfectant Rinser

* Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process. The empty bottles can be turned over 180° along the conveying rail.

There are two times of internal and external washing, the efficiency of bottle washing is high.

2. Aseptic Water Rinser

* Rinsing machine adopts Sunswell original overturn and double-opened bottle clip. Bottle clip lock the bottleneck, the material of bottle clip is SUS304, which is hygienic and durable.
* Bottle clip equipped with efficient spray on nozzle. The extrusive droplet with 15° angle ensures to wash all side of the bottle, and can save the water.

Flow meter pump

The base comes with mounting holes, the peristaltic pump can be fixed in the position of these four holes.

Cap elevator

The elevator is made for bottle cap into the caps collection device of capper main machine. The conveying chain adopts high strengthened wear proof plate chain, lengthening the service life of chains and hopper. The high slow stable conveying speed and advanced design, ensure the stability of the whole machine. Easy operation and maintenance with little consumerable spare parts.

4. Filler

Filling valve use isobar machinery valve, High speed and big flow, the high accuracy filling valve, filling speed fast, the
liquid level is stable.

Rotary wheel fully made of stainless steel SUS 304. Isobaric filling method.Filling valves are made of SUS304Filling valves are reasonably structured with accurate filling.Bottles go up and down by pneumatic cylinders and cams, to process filling with contact to bottle-mouth. 
 

5. Capper

*The bottle into the click wheel through the transition card bottleneck Capping Machine.
*Cap distributing chute is equipped with reverse cap stop and reverse cap pick-out mechanism.*Cap distributing chute is equipped with a photocell switch to stop the capper when there is no cap inside the chute.
