Yes, once you reach our MOQ, we can help with customized packages and logos, but may need extra charges.

3. How do you control the quality?
We inspect the incoming material and accessories strictly, and we have inspectors to check every process of production. We also will test every single product before packaging to make sure 100% well done.

 

4. What can you offer if there are quality problems with the products?
We do not accept product returns since the shipping charge is too high. But if there are quality problems with the products, we will send you new one or some new accessories after you send us product damaged pictures within the warranty period.

5. How many liquid dispense methods you have for every single soap dispenser?
There are 3 kinds of liquid dispense methods, but only 1 of them can be chosen for every single soap dispenser.

 

6. What are your payment terms?

--T/T, Western Union, Paypal or other workable terms advised by you. --30% in advance and 70%
before shippment (>USD 10,000); 100% in advance (＜USD 10,000）.

After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is before 05 Dec, 2024, depending on customs, Please note that due to high demand, some items may experience longer shipping times, which will be communicated at order confirmation email.
