Working Principle:
The Shaking Table operates by utilizing the specific gravity differences of sorted minerals, coupled with alternating movements of the bed surface, transverse water flow, and riffles (or notch grooves). These elements work together to create loose layering and fan-shaped zoning on the table surface, allowing for effective separation of different products.
The Shaking Table System Consists of Three Main Parts:
Head of Shaking Table:
Uses an eccentric connecting-rod mechanism driven by a motor that causes alternating movements of the table surface.
The eccentric shafts rotate to move the connecting rod, which in turn drives the table surface to move in a back-and-forth manner.
This horizontal differential motion allows for the sorting of minerals based on gravity differences.
Shaking Table Surface:
Made from a composite structure of steel skeleton and fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP) for durability and strength.
Features wear-proof materials on the surface and riffles (notch grooves) to withstand heavy use and ensure efficient separation.
Bearing and Adjusting Gradient Mechanism:
Consists of a shaking support plate, adjusting seat board, saddle seat, and adjusting screw rod.
