Q: How do you manage quality control?

Q: About payment.

A: BIMIX recommends Trade Assurance. Also we accept T/T, Western Union, Cash and other options. D/P,D/A and L/C

A: Usually by DHL, UPS, FEDEX,TNT, etc. For bulk shipment, we also ship by air or by sea, etc, depending on your demand. EXW, DDU, DDP, FOB, CIF, DAP...All terms are available. We are eager to save your logistics cost as that’s part of our joint success.

Q: About lead time.

A: We can manufacture the deliverable products within 30-45 days from taking your confirmed design files. Lead time can be even less for neutral products with neutral packaging when you want to start with a small trial order.

After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is before 06 Jun, 2025, depending on customs, Please note that due to high demand, some items may experience longer shipping times, which will be communicated at order confirmation email.
