Electrophoresis Power Supply Unit

This electrophoresis power supply unit is designed to provide constant voltage or constant current for electrophoresis experiments. It features a clear digital panel and simple operational controls for efficient use in various laboratory applications, such as protein separation and DNA analysis.

Operating Instructions:

Connect the Electrodes:

  • Attach the output ends to the gel box.
  • Red end is the positive electrode (anode).
  • Black end is the negative electrode (cathode).

Adjust Knob:

  • Rotate the “Adjust” knob counterclockwise until it stops.

Power On:

  • Press the “Power” button to turn on the power supply and illuminate the digital panel.

Select Mode:

  • Constant Voltage Mode: Press “constant T” to activate the constant voltage mode, indicated by the "constant T" light.
  • Constant Current Mode: Press “constant A” to activate the constant current mode, indicated by the "constant A" light.

Adjust the Settings:

  • Gradually rotate the “Adjust” knob clockwise until the desired voltage or current is reached.
