The equipment is comprised of essential components, including the main absorption tank, absorption tower, glass packing, circulating pump, cooling device, and spray cap.Designed specifically for air and exhaust cleanup tasks within laboratory settings, the gas scrubber operates effectively. Exhaust is directed through the inlet into the round bottom flask, ascending through the absorption column. Simultaneously, the scrubbing fluid is pumped upwards through the shower head adapter, creating a counter-current interaction with the exhaust gas within the packed column. This thorough scrubbing process can be achieved by establishing a positive flow using carriers such as nitrogen or connecting a vacuum source to the column adapter, making the scrubber suitable for a range of applications.
