8. Self-Testing and Parameter Storage: It can perform self-testing and issue automatic alarms. Furthermore, it stores dissolution parameters compliant with the 'Chinese codex,' allowing easy access and retrieval when needed. 

9. Flexible Timing: Users can preset multiple timing points, with automatic alerts signaled by a beeper, prompting the tester to move to the next point in the test sequence.
