The KT-836 is designed for efficient brushing and vacuuming of air ducts in residential and commercial HVAC systems. It cleans vertical, horizontal, round and rectangular ducts in the 100–800 mm range to remove dust, debris and buildup.
Key specs include 2800 W power, 220–240 V or 110 V operation, adjustable brush speed 0–1400 rpm (stepless), suction ability 2000 m³/h, weight 45 kg and main unit dimensions 460×402×762 mm. It features an HD camera with a 10" LCD display and an LED headlight.
The machine is suitable for ducts from 100 mm up to 800 mm in diameter/width for brushing. The recommended suction duct range is 100–500 mm.
Standard packing includes brushes in 300 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm and 600 mm sizes (one of each). Additional sizes or custom brushes may be available—contact the supplier for special requests.
The KT-836 ships with a 50 mm × 15 m hose. Hose length and some hose specifications can be customized upon request.
Yes. It has an integrated HD camera and a 10" HD LCD display so operators can inspect ducts in real time and identify problem areas. An LED headlight improves visibility in dark ducts.
Yes. The machine includes a remote control for convenient operation, allowing the operator to control brush speed and other functions without being next to the main unit.
Brush speed is steplessly adjustable from 0 to 1400 rpm. Use lower speeds for fragile or heavily corrugated ducts and higher speeds for stubborn deposits on robust metal ducts. Start slow and increase until you achieve effective cleaning without damaging the duct.
Regular maintenance includes emptying and cleaning the vacuum collection area, inspecting and cleaning or replacing filters, checking brush condition and replacing worn brushes, cleaning the camera lens, and inspecting hoses and electrical connections. Follow the operator manual for detailed intervals and procedures.
Yes. The machine is designed to handle a variety of duct sizes and configurations commonly found in both residential and commercial HVAC systems.
The KT-836 supports 220–240 V and 110 V power options. Confirm the correct voltage configuration when ordering to match your local power supply.
The main unit weighs 45 kg and has compact dimensions (460×402×762 mm), making it reasonably portable and maneuverable in tight mechanical rooms and duct spaces. Use appropriate lifting equipment or team lifting for transport.
The machine is shipped in an export wooden case and the standard packing list includes the main unit (1 pc), 15 m hose (1 pc) and the set of brushes (300/400/500/600 mm, 1 pc each).
Yes. Common spares and accessories (additional brushes, hoses, filters, replacement camera or display components) are available. Custom options such as different hose lengths or specialized brush types can often be arranged—contact the supplier for options and lead times.
Operators should follow standard electrical and mechanical safety practices: ensure proper grounding, disconnect power before servicing, wear appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection, respiratory protection as needed), avoid using the machine in wet conditions unless specified, and follow the manufacturer's instructions and local regulations.
