Industrial Plastic Parts Screenless Granulator Recycling Machine

 

                                     TG-2618/27/36 series granulators operate in super low speed to cut materials into well proportioned granules. There are least dusts produced in the cutting process. Multiple security devices ensure high safety grade; This series of screenless granulators are suitable for long thick materials or degraded materials with strong ductility , which are recycled from a small amount of scrap materials ' granulating.

     

 

 

Main Features:

1) Japan-made gear motor features steady performance, long service life and high torque.

2) Teeth cutters and cutting blades are integrally fitted in one cutting chamber.

3) "Euro" style appearance, compact in size and easy to access for cleaning and maintenance.

4) Transparent PC feeding hopper.

5) Screenless design, well-proportioned size of regrinds and least amount of dusts. Regrinds could be used with virgin materials.

6) Teeth cutter blades with 5mm width as standard, 6mm as optional

7) In order to avoid plastic blades, all of the materials should be carried out at room temperature crushed.
