Mixing barrel is suspended on ends of driving and driven axles through 2 Y type universal joints that are crossing and vertical to each other in the space. When driving axle is driven to rotate, universal joint makes the barrel perform composite motion including horizontal moving: rotation and turning etc. I the space, by which, materials also performs 3-dimensional motion inside the barrel. Several kinds of materials inside flow, diffuse, penetrate each other and finally form uniform states.

 

Features

As a high efficiency mixing equipment, this machine is used for high homogeneity minxing of prowdery and particle materials in areas such as pharmaceutical, food, chemical, light industry, machinery, electronics, mining and metallurgy, national defense industry and scientific research etc.

The material has no centrifugal force in the mixing process, specific gravity segregation, lamination and accumulation during mixing. Each component can be mixed under wide gap of wet proportion, mixing rate reaching above 99.9%. 

Loading coefficient can be 80 (40% for normal mixer) and the mixing time is short, which make it one of the most ideal products of the current various mixers. 

The structure of the equipment is compact, the transmission adopts frequency conversion and speed regulation, and the operation is very convenient. 

All parts of the barrel are arc transition, and they have been precision polished to meet GMP requirements.
