The CZXD Series Exhaust Gas Purification Tower is designed for the wet absorption purification of exhaust gases. It plays a critical role in improving air quality by efficiently removing pollutants such as hydrogen chloride (HCl), sulfuric acid mist (H2SO4), and alkali fog (NaOH). The system has been thoroughly tested, demonstrating high purification efficiency, with an average purification efficiency of 96.3% for hydrogen chloride (HCl), 93.2% for sulfuric acid mist (H2SO4), and 95% for alkali fog (NaOH).

Working Principle

 

Exhaust Gas Intake

  • Exhaust gas is drawn into the purification tower by a fan, where it first enters the pressure chamber for uniform distribution.

 

Gas-Liquid Contact

  • The gas moves through two layers of filler and is treated in two spray sections where gas and liquid phases come into full contact, allowing absorption reactions to occur.

 

Liquid Removal

  • After absorption, the gas passes through a liquid-removal device that removes residual liquid before being released through the exhaust pipe into the atmosphere.

 

Emissions Compliance

  • The treated exhaust gas is released after meeting the required environmental standards for clean air.
