A compact oil press designed for home or small-scale use that mechanically extracts oil from oil-bearing seeds and nuts. It supports both cold and hot pressing and combines manual operation with a low-power electric system (AC110V-220V, 400W) for heating/motor assistance.
Rated capacity is about 5 kg/h. In practice, small batches (0.5 kg) take roughly 7–10 minutes to press; the hourly throughput depends on batch size and whether you use cold or hot pressing.
This model claims a higher extraction rate — about 2–3% more than many comparable oil presses — thanks to its efficient screw and chamber design.
It is a hand-operate/manual press that also includes an electric component (AC110V-220V/400W) used for heating and motorized assistance. You can perform cold pressing without using heating, or use the hot-pressing/heating features to increase yield and speed.
Common oil-bearing materials like peanuts, sesame, sunflower seeds, rapeseed/canola, flaxseed, soybeans and similar nuts/seeds can be pressed. Hard or very large seeds may require pre-processing (crushing or drying).
Yes. The machine supports both cold and hot pressing. Cold pressing produces virgin, natural oil without heating for better flavor and nutrition; hot pressing (using the heating feature) increases yield and extraction speed.
The screw and chamber are made of food-grade 316 stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and suitable for producing edible oil.
The electric component is rated at 400W and the specification states pressing 5 kg of raw material needs about 1 kWh. Actual consumption depends on use of the heating function and pressing duration.
The press is designed for easy operation and short learning curve. While it’s simple enough for elderly users, children should only use it under adult supervision to ensure safety.
Turn off and unplug the machine before cleaning. Disassemble the screw and chamber as instructed, brush out residues, wipe parts with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid corrosive detergents. Regularly check and tighten fasteners and inspect the screw and chamber for wear.
Common causes are seeds that are too wet, not pre-crushed (if needed), incorrect feed rate or temperature, or wear on the screw/chamber. Dry and clean seeds, feed in appropriate amounts, try hot pressing if suitable, and contact the seller for inspection or spare parts if wear is suspected.
Choose cold pressing when you want the highest nutritional value and best flavor (no heating). Choose hot pressing when you need higher extraction yield and faster production; hot pressing uses the machine's heating/motor assistance and may slightly change flavor and nutrient profile.
Machine weight is about 13 kg. Packing size is 44 x 23 x 36 cm.
