It's a multifunction wood chipper/shredder for crushing branches, leaves, shrubs, vines, bamboo, straw and similar garden/orchard/farm debris into mulch or chips for composting, soil improvement, animal feed, pulp/board raw material or biofuel.
The automatic feeding system can easily crush branches up to about 5 cm (typical) and in some configurations up to around 8 cm diameter, depending on the model and material.
Models are powered by 4‑stroke gasoline engines (various displacements and outputs shown) and there are PTO tractor‑driven versions. Starting is by recoil (pull‑start).
The product line includes options such as 7.5 HP, 13 HP and 15 HP engines with displacements shown (e.g., 212cc, 390cc, 420cc) and power outputs in the 4 kW to 8.2 kW range—refer to the specific model label for exact specs.
Cutter diameters listed include 76 mm, 89 mm and 100 mm. Fuel consumption examples are approx. 1.5 L/h for smaller models and about 4 L/h for larger 13–15 HP engines.
Use 90# or higher gasoline and four‑stroke engine oil (marked 4T). Do not use two‑stroke oil. Gasoline and engine oil are filled separately.
Check the oil level before each use and fill to the dipstick's marked range (diagonal area). Do not overfill (can cause smoke, overheating, clogged air filter) or run below the mark (can cause severe engine damage). Use a reputable brand 4T oil.
For a new machine, run at low speed for 20 minutes then replace the oil after the first 5 hours. Thereafter change engine oil every 50 operating hours.
Clean the air cleaner every 8 hours of use. Replace paper air filters every 50 hours (do not wash paper filters). Sponge filters can be cleaned with gasoline and dried. Clean the spark plug approximately every six months and replace it about once per year.
Sharpen blades when they dull, and ensure blades are balanced left‑to‑right before reinstalling. Tighten all blade mounting screws securely after sharpening or replacement.
Clear foreign objects (brick, metal) from the feed area, keep people at least 15 meters away, do not work indoors or near open gasoline, avoid smoking, wear protective clothing and eye protection, and remove spilled gasoline promptly.
Yes. Crushed debris can be buried to improve soil organic matter, used as mulch to reduce dust and weeds, used as animal feed (straw/grass), or as raw material for pulp, boards, or biofuel.
Weights vary by model — examples given are approximately 88 kg for smaller units and up to about 175–180 kg for larger models. The machine is built with welded steel construction; it is compact but may require equipment or multiple people to move heavier models.
Yes — there are PTO‑driven configurations (tractor PTO wood chipper). Check the specific model compatibility and PTO requirements for your tractor (model listings are provided with the product).
