The Waste Foam Plastic Hot Melting Machine is designed to efficiently melt and extrude beads of expanded polystyrene (EPS) for waste recycling and removal. This machine is ideal for processing EPS waste, converting it from bead form into extruded sheets, which helps to save space and significantly reduce disposal costs.

Key Features:

  • Material Hopper: A stainless steel hopper located on top of the machine feeds EPS beads from a collection bag into the system.
  • Heated Rolls: The beads are melted by a set of horizontally mounted heated rolls, which provide controlled heating to melt the material.
  • Vacuum System: Incorporated vacuum system allows direct input of beads from foam trim, route, or groove operations.
  • Efficient Process: As the heated rolls revolve, the EPS beads melt, and the liquid foam is scraped off each roll.
  • Cooling and Solidification: The melted foam falls into a container below, where it cools and solidifies into extruded sheets.
  • Space and Cost Savings: Transforms EPS waste from beads to solid extruded sheets, helping to save plant space and reduce disposal costs.
