The groove and key.

All of our machines' rollers are with the groves, we put the keys between the rollers and shafts, so the rollers can be fixed very well on the shafts. You can check other suppliers never do that.

The side board

We use 20mm thickness side wall, very strong.

 

The board we machined that to be round corner, which is more safe.

The four poles structure cutter.

We make the cutters with four poles, not two poles or just frames. This will be very stable and can be used for very long time.

 

About the roller stations. 

 


 

Please note that, many suppliers want to earn more money and tell you that " the machine is with more roller stations, that will form better products", this is a wrong theory. The products are formed well or not is mainly because of the strength of the shaft and rollers. So 22 roller stations or more, is useless, just want to increase the price of the machine, what's more, they use the "step by step forming", only several rollers to form one rib.

Our design is from the beginning to form the product until the end. For how many roller stations is better for your machine, we will give you our reasonable recommendation.
